Postage Information

Within Australia, we deliver all our orders to you via Australia Post.

  • When you spend $200 or more at Sheppards of Albury, we will post your order to you free!
  • When your order is less than $200, we will post your order for a flat rate of $8.30.

We endeavour to ensure all orders are posted on the same day they are placed, which means we aim to have your order to you within 3 working days – this can be quicker if you live in NSW or a capital city but it may be a little longer if you live in a remote area. If you would like your order faster, please just contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that buying clothing and fashion online is convenient however it doesn’t give you the chance to try things on first and sometimes items just don’t fit or suit you. You may return the items bought online within 7 days of purchase for a credit note (to be used online or in-store) for the dollar amount of the garment. If you would like to exchange an item, it’s a good idea to let us know so that we can hold the appropriate size for you. In the instance of exchanges or returns, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When returning an item, we ask that the garment has not been worn or washed, all labels are attached and that you take care to protect the garment when posting. If concerned, please return goods via registered mail to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit. A credit note will only be issued once we have received the garment back and in suitable condition.

What if a product is faulty?

We take great pride in our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact customer service on (02) 60216399 or e-mail info@sheppardsofalbury.com.au to let us know and we organise the best method of returning it. If available you can request a replacement or refund for the product.
